Sohrab is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team. He studied Civil Engineering at Seneca College, but soon found that his passion was in real estate. Sohrab has worked extensively with first time home buyers and patiently walks them through the exciting process of purchasing their first home. With over 12 years of real estate experience, including 3 years of experience in Simcoe County specifically, and his enthusiasm for helping his clients find their #HomeToStay, Sohrab is an outstanding addition to our team!
Before Sohrab started his career in real estate, his background was in construction, renovating and remodeling houses. With his educational background in civil engineering technology, and previous experience in construction, Sohrab is able to have better visual analysis of properties. This expertise has been very beneficial for his clients and has resulted in him helping clients make better informed decisions and prevent some otherwise unforeseeable troubles and costs. Sohrab is honest, disciplined, is humbled to be a part of the best real estate team in this fast-growing industry. More than anything, he enjoys seeing his clients truly happy with their new home. Outside of work Sohrab enjoys spending time with his family, going on road trips, biking and playing soccer with his son. Being a team player is important to Sohrab as he is the most competitive when he plays soccer. His appreciation for teamwork is highlighted in both his personal and professional life.
