About Me

Joanne is a valued member of The Peggy Hill Team who loves helping clients find their #HomeToStay. Throughout her 20 years in real estate, Joanne has expertly guided her clients through the buying and selling process.

Her ability to connect with and perform for her clients allows her to build lasting relationships with them, leading to 90% of her business coming from repeat clients and referrals! Joanne loves real estate because she gets to be a part of some of the most exciting times of her client's lives.

She embodies a true competitive spirit that pushes her to consistently come out on top for her clients. Her motto is to always treat other’s the way you want to be treated, so she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Joanne has lived in Barrie and the surrounding area for 29 years and is a true expert on everything that Simcoe County has to offer.

When she isn't working, Joanne loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and three (yes, THREE) golden retrievers at their cottage. Although she spends most of the winter wishing it was summer, she is known to enjoy catching a good hockey game with her friends and family. Joanne is honoured to be a part of The Peggy Hill Team, and we are honoured to have her!
